Hopefully this clears up which syn I have the Hydrasynth Deluxe, Peak, and Summit. The Peak/Hydra-desktop combo is super intriguing! I returned my desktop for the keyboard version and happy I did- I'm a keyboard player so I like the keys with poly-at, ribbon, and did miss the extra arp controls. Hydra was bland but Peak was a bit too pristine though I loved it. I don't have much experience building percussive sounds and that piqued my interest.
